I loved it though. Suitable for swimsuits and capes
This dress and/or cape is great but it is not the right size so when you buy it, order one size up. I had to send it back as it was too small and the sleeves are much shorter than the picture. Although I could have returned it for a larger size, the sleeves exposed my sagging shoulders and looked even worse than they are. However, I think the quality is very good and would like to wear it. Anyone who doesn't have sagging shoulders will be very happy with this dress. I very much regretted returning it.
