Good pillow but weak strap

It was a comfortable memory foam pillow but there was only one strap holding it in the seat which was very weak and the pillow moved and slid around. They really should have had a strap at the top of the pillow and at the bottom of the pillow for a secure fit, which would provide more comfort and ergonomic support.
