Bad product for computers and accessories

Veidoo product does not work again. I sent it back, now the tablet won't turn on and shows the same screen. I restarted the tablet and did a factory reset but didn't buy anything for my 3 year old niece and she only used it 2 hours a day now we can't turn the tablet on. HELP
