That works great for us.

So far we really like this tablet case. We got a new iPod Air and it goes well with the screen protector. The kickstand on the back could be a bit longer, but I like that it rotates and locks into place. We love that it has space to store and charge the Apple Pencil, it's a great addition! It would be great to see a version with an integrated handle on the side, making it easier for a child to carry and lose the handle on the back over the stand.
