Excellent Weight Loss Supplement

I started taking it a week ago today and have lost 4 pounds this week. I no longer have night cravings. This seems to work great for me. I didn't change my diet, just added this and some digestive enzymes. I have a long way to go as I need to lose weight. I had no side effects from this supplement. I will continue to buy and take until I hopefully reach my weight goal. I seem to have lost more size than weight since my clothes have become looser. I would recommend this product for safe weight loss.
