Review on Zoapi by Aaron Shaw

I liked that it was easy enought o use but also customizable so we could set up our own rules if needed with out being overwhelmed by all there features! It took me some time getting used too because they have lots off options in their help section as well which takes away alot from actual usage but once i figured everything my business loved how efficient this software made us feel when having team calls etc with clients!! We are able t communicate at high speeds without feeling like everyone else cant understand what each other means while still keeping things organized!
