This. Sick! I'm an experienced drummer and have paid hundreds more for earbuds that are no better than these. I agree with some other users that they are a bit positive but they have softened a bit over the weeks. Despite the sound quality, I'd like to single out two things as my favorites: 1. Fit and noise isolation. There are a few people here who say they don't have high sound isolation out of the box and that's true, but for live performance I need some surround sound. a little. I run them off the board through a Behringer Powerplay P16-M 16-channel digital personal mixer so I have a lot of control over what comes in, but I found the stock earpads to be perfect for my scenario. I've tried more insulating foam pads but they get in the way of my ear canals and drown out too much sound. As for the fit. I even forgot they were there. I really appreciate it.2. build quality. They look great, feel great, the cable feels solid and strong, and they nestle perfectly and subtly around the back of the ear. I was very surprised at how professional they look and feel. A few cons: I wish the cord was a foot or two longer. When I connect directly to a Behringer without an extension cord, I have to be very careful about where I place my mixer to avoid catching my elbow on the cord while playing. Occurrence. I know this will likely drive up the price, but even if the box were portable I wouldn't mind. BUT, the box is just a box so it would be great to have something to put them in as I really like them and want them to be in good condition. Hope that helps.
