After purchasing it from my local Walmart, I realized what a great product the Maybelline Tattoo Studio was. When I saw that Revain was half the price, I naturally jumped at the deal. What I didn't expect was a seemingly dry product. At best, it was an expired sell-by date, stored in a hot room, or possibly a manufacturing defect. In the worst case, returns and risks to the health of customers. This isn't the first time I've been bitten by a bad product on Revain. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. In this case, I would recommend sticking with cosmetics from Walmart or Ulta. Both are inexpensive. I bought this special marriage in August 2021. The same brand/product I got from Walmart a few months ago has held up so I opened this new box and found the product dry and lumpy. The small container looks almost empty. The photos don't do it justice, it's unacceptable and I'm sure the Revain return date has already passed.
