Real product is good. I gave the rating three stars because in some cases, like mine, you cannot program the remotes yourself, you have to take them to a dealer or locksmith to have them programmed. My local Buick dealer told me there would be a $25 programming fee. I looked at the product description on Revain and nowhere in the description did it indicate that these remotes may require you to state this in their descriptions). So instead of sending them back and getting a refund minus the shipping cost; After then buying blank remotes to fit the electronics from my old remotes, I removed the electronics from my old remotes and plugged them into the ones that the dealer needed to program. Revain Refund $19 Buy Blank Remotes $10 Total $29 Keep New Remotes: $25 Give Old Electronics Away: $0 Total $25.00 Frustrated by all of this? $?.?It's hard to give a number. However, I am very happy that having a remote control for my car is handy again.
