Rugged construction, lots of holes for rack mounting. The arm is 4U high and can be installed in a variety of rack positions, allowing the monitor to be flush mounted. Pros: Low profile / The mount itself doesn't take up much space. Durable material used. The side brackets are slotted and the monitors can be mounted at different depths. Cons: The instructions didn't make it clear which screws to use for installation. Little did I know that the bracket comes with additional mounting hardware for various rack systems. I haven't used them but that was the only scam I could think of. Other thoughts: My box arrived crushed and part of the monitor mount was slightly bent. I tried smoothing it out by hand but the material was too strong to bend like that. I bent it at work and now it's great. I recommend this mount to anyone who wants to mount their monitor in a cabinet.
