Comfortable headphones with great sound. Bluetooth connects quickly and the battery lasts a long time. There are just a few design issues that I wish they'd thought of better. The headphones are smart enough to work with the playlist on your music or video device (I usually use my phone like most people these days). .) On the side of the right earcup are + and - buttons that allow you to skip forward or backward through a playlist (Pandora, Spotify, YouTube or your music/video library). Holding down any key for a few seconds instead of just quickly pressing it increases or decreases the volume. The system works well if you find the right buttons. Here I fight. There are no raised dots or outlines to help you find the buttons with your fingertips (see photo). I tried randomly pressing the face of the headphone speaker until I found the button. It can skip me forward or backward depending on which button I find first. Then I know in which direction to move my finger if I want to change direction or volume when I found the wrong key. If the + and - symbols were cast on the earpiece in raised letters, it would be easier. With practice, however, I found another solution. There are small open slots in the plastic on the outer edges of the + and - buttons that can be found by gently touching them with your fingertip. They are there to help me find the buttons. Maybe that's the purpose of the slots - I don't know. They work well for this purpose. The power button is a small slider on the bottom of the same (right) earcup. Your selection on the 3-position switch activates "Off" and the less-intuitive "BT" (Bluetooth) and "NC" (Noise Cancelling) (see photo). The headphones connect quickly when you turn them on by flipping the switch to the BT position. The music sounds great, with deep rich bass and brilliant highs. Slide the switch forward to the NC position and you suddenly lose a lot of that sound quality. Much of the bass disappears and the sound becomes thinner. I'm not sure if it actually blocks outside noise any better than just listening in BT mode, which is where I use my headphones most of the time. NC mode filters out background noise when you're not listening to music and is useful when you want to focus on work rather than the chatter of your officemates or the noise of a crowded airplane. The battery is charged via the micro-USB port on the underside of the left earpiece (see photo). The battery works well for many hours. The headphones also have a built-in microphone that you can use to make phone calls with them. Cool feature. These are inexpensive headphones with some high-end features. They are definitely breaking several classes above their weight. That's a good deal. I like my. Let me know if you find anything useful in my comments.
