Review on Wausau Vellum Bristol Cardstock 81368 by Kim Sanchez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not very thick but perfect for our needs

This paper is not as heavy as index card paper; It's probably one of the thinnest cards I've ever used (I'm used to 110 pounds from another brand). That being said, I bought this paper for my 6 and 8 year olds; They don't like plain white copier paper because their markers crumple it up and the colors often bleed through the page onto my desk. Bristol Yellow is a very beautiful daffodil yellow colour. The paper is matt and relatively smooth. As for the concerns about the transparency of the paper. It's not transparent, but like most writing papers, if I place the page against something with a dark pattern, I see a shadow of the pattern behind the paper. In other words, if you want really thick card stock, this isn't the product for you. This is perfect for my girl drawings, postcards (her little handles bend and crease easily), and cut out art projects.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
