I returned these BUT you might not if the following doesn't bother you:The whole short is a weird mesh-y material that would probably be fine in cooler weather but I wouldn't want to sweat in it.The tummy compression was fine but the thighs were way too tight (not a lot of give in the material at all). I followed the sizing bc I wanted the tummy smoothing but I'd size up if you have thicc thighs.Just not as nice as the alternative option I bought (Joyshaper). The prices were essentially the same when I purchased so I couldn't see any reason to keep these.
