These are the best canisters I have found in a long time. I don't like using plastic in my house when possible, and glass can be too heavy, especially if one of them has a lot of sugar in it. People have complained about finger stains and that's true but you don't have to deal with it, wash and dry fully and then outside, use white vinegar to clean thoroughly then I know it sounds weird but wipe Dab them with some oil, take stainless steel grit, I used olive oil but I think canola or vegetable oil would work too, rub in the oil then buff with a clean dry cloth. No more stains, I did it a month ago and didn't have to redo it at all. The holes are wide enough to fit measuring cups and hold many ingredients. I had no trouble sealing them at all. I've tried tramontines before and they were so tight I couldn't untie them. they are perfect for that. You won't regret buying them, when I bought them the price was twenty bucks cheaper and I don't know why it went up but they are excellent canisters.
