did I mention they are dishwasher safe?! I've had these guys for almost a year now and they're still working and constantly washing in the dishwasher. They're black, so detergent sometimes sticks to the plates, but that happens with all dishes. They didn't bend or warp at all. They are also fairly resistant to cuts and scrapes. I try not to use steak knives and such on it, but sometimes it happens and all the plates still look very nice. I've never had a plastic plate in the last half of that time and it's still in good condition. Size and shape are great too. I plan on buying more in the near future to replace some of the other dishes here.
