I don't know what I expected but it's not what I expected. However, I really like this dish. It's larger (my fault for not checking the dimensions) and has a small blemish at the top. I'm trying to use a peacock themed theme in my kitchen and this added the perfect shade of yellow. I've also received several compliments on it. Really so that it's bigger, attention grabbing and easier for kids. 4 instead of 5, just because of a blemish on top.
