While this pump is by no means silent or visually discreet. It is incredibly effective and I use it daily! I also have a willow and an elvie pump, but I choose to use this and another of Befano's wearable pumps multiple times daily because it's so fast and easy to get started! With three children and an infant that I exclusively pump for, these are my go-to "work horse" pumps. They're not incredibly loud, but you can hear them. I wouldn't wear them to church ;) where there are many silent pauses (I use elvie in these scenarios), but I would totally wear it in the car with friends and family and definitely around the house at home. It would be audible in a quiet office but in a typical office with phones and conversation you would NOT likely hear it. It IS highly visible since the power hubs rise above the bra line but the collection cups themselves do not stick out very far (fits in your normal bra!). Overall, these pumps are incredible especially for a stay-at-home mom who doesn't mind a little noise and visibility but needs to be able to move around and have her arms free. You can even bend over and lean back a little bit! I would say you have the same amount of mobility with this brand's wearable pumps as with elvie. Extremely satisfied!Oh. One downside is the lack of replacement parts available :-(. I reached out to customer service and the only way to get replacement parts is to replace the entire pump, This includes different size breast shields and inserts. However, I don't think this is a big deal because these are so affordable! Replacing the parts of comparable pumps like willow and elvie cost almost as much as the entire setup for these pumps. It's not a big name brand, but it's a big win for me :).
