I bought the shoes because I knew they might be acceptable for my business casual business school dress code requirements. Unfortunately when they arrived they were decidedly too casual and although they fit well I had to return them to buy something more dressy. Now this isn't Reindeer Deer or Revane's fault so I won't leave negative feedback. because the style just isn't right (although the picture makes the skin look shinier than it actually was, leading me to think it would hit the spot, especially at its price point). However, I'm deducting a star because the "leather" (which I've put in quotes as I'm not sure if it's real leather or an alternative to vinyl) was of such a quality that it didn't look good when I was there mere bending instantly and permanently crumples it. Toe slightly up. Of course you can expect a shoe to wear out, but that momentary wrinkling tells me that the material used is not particularly high quality and should therefore only be bought by a buyer who expects the shoe not to last forever. As for me, I prefer quality leather that lasts longer than its own sole, but there are really two approaches to shoes: either buy inferior shoes several times while you wear them, or buy a good pair that you need to use every now and then for now. I leave that decision to you. Ultimately, I classify this pair of shoes as a pair of shoes that just aren't dressy enough and that I probably won't buy in the future when looking for casual shoes. Shoes, due to the lower quality of the material.
