About a month ago we had a leaking kitchen faucet and a piece of light pink paper left a stain on our granite countertop. I've tried several products/fixes (hydrogen peroxide with baking soda, flour, etc.). They illuminated the stain but never removed it. I bought this product - I first tried it with hydrogen peroxide because I wasn't sure if my countertops were light enough to use the recommended bleach. Brighter again, but not gone. I finally tried this poultice mixed with bleach on a small area. Leave no damage or stains! I tried every stain and it was gone! I am a very happy customer!
