Enough bubbles in the pad to create a great curl.
I've been using Dolly's Lash products for a year and I'm very satisfied. Small silicon pads are great if you want strong curls. Great results on medium length lashes. For people with a very short stature, I use a fishing rod. I will keep ordering. π
