I always buy natural products because my skin can't handle the harsh chemicals in cleansers or moisturizers anymore. Of course, if you are going through menopause and your skin is very dry, you need more moisturizer than this. If my face breaks out a little or a red pimple appears, it will go away overnight. That's what I do at night when I get these little red spots. Of course, not every product works the same for everyone. However, this is a very clean, lightweight moisturizer that works well. If you have oily skin like I had before menopause, it works very well under your foundation. This is a great product to use twice a day for oily skin. With dry skin during menopause, I need a little more in the morning, but I still use that in the evening.
