I loved these shoes for my little guy and he did too. Since there was still snow, he wore them mainly to school and occasionally outside for the first 30 days. The outsole and tread were great for the time. I have a problem with them - they are wrong laces. I chose these because they are Puma and because of the faux laces as my kid can't tie his laces yet. Before the 30-day mark was reached, one of the fake laces broke. It looks like the material covering the elastic has somehow worn away and then exposed the elastic. It would be nice, especially for children, if the laces were made of a more durable material. The fit of the shoes was perfect and my child was able to put them on and take them off very easily.
