Review on 🔌 Sunbeam 2594 MixMaster Stand Mixer: Powerful 350-Watt Mixer with Dough Hooks and Beaters, in Sleek Black Design by Heather Aragon

I bought this for kneading bread as I have arthritis and can't knead by hand and can't afford KitchenAid. I soften the dough a bit with more liquid and it kneads well with a little help from a plastic spatula. This is exactly what I wanted and I can use it for other purposes as well. I'm diabetic (so I make my bread low carb) so I don't make the desserts that people make with blenders, but I can try anything low carb. I don't see any of the problems that others have mentioned - I think they did something wrong. Very dry or hard dough can overload the motor. One thing I don't like about today's small devices is the stiff cable. It's not like it used to be, when cables were cables with flexible strands of copper - I think it's probably aluminum wire. It works well but probably won't last 20 years like the old ones. (And you can easily replace the old ones.) I got an extra bowl and wire swivels by calling Sunbeam and they were very helpful in making sure I had the right parts (I did).
