I gave 5 stars because I paid $40 so the quality is worth it. I'm not expecting the top of the line or the bottom of the barrel. It's good value for money! I really like my new safe. I needed something just to keep passports and important documents to avoid damage and this is enough. It was inexpensive and had enough room for a pistol. It's small so yes the crook can just run away with the whole safe but I'll attach it with the screws provided once I figure out where it's best. And I highly doubt anyone can pick the lock. It's hard to get in, so I feel pretty safe leaving valuables in there. Comes with 2 keys, 4 batteries and instructions. Straight ahead. In general. Very satisfied for this money. I've looked at $800 safes that pretty much meet the fire rating requirements. I hope I don't have to find out if this one can actually withstand fire. But obviously it's not waterproof, it has holes for hanging or screwing. I'm impressed that it has such a responsive keyboard and installing the code was so easy. The only thing I didn't like was the cheap batteries. But I didn't have to buy batteries. But I switched to Duracell. Great safe! In the pictures I have 10 passports, about 15 documents and a gun. That's cool! You can also see its size compared to the Hot Wheels car.
