Serves its purpose but leaks when not in use.
Leaks. Poorly. It worked great for the first week so I threw the box away thinking I'd found a winner. But then it started leaking all over the place when not in use. It doesn't run onto my clothes during use which is a plus. If you have a steamer that doesn't leak, I can tell you the steamer does its job - it's an OTAP, not an iron. It will not put any pressure on your clothes.
