Battery life wasn't an issue for me, I won't use it for more than 5 hours without a reason to turn it on while charging, so I didn't notice any downsides. The fit seems small, I use big tips, I sincerely wish they had some kind of foam tips, foam that fills the ear and is much more comfortable. I often have to reposition these headphones, which makes things a bit difficult due to the sensitivity of the buttons. The earbuds are very easy to use and pairing is straightforward and straightforward, although I'd say a more tactile button interface would be more useful. , as I often have to readjust and this leads to a change due to the sensitivity of the keys. No problem, just takes some getting used to. The sound quality is probably the biggest downside. It's great for audiobooks, podcasts, lectures and the like. There seems to be a lack of depth when switching to the music. The music seems a bit tinny. Admittedly I demand a very high quality from my headphones in the music department, I don't feel that if better ear tips were designed and supplied they could not deliver to this high level. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the exceptional quality. Customer service. If more companies had this level of customer service, the world would be a better place. These guys go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and I believe they listen to their customers to create better products. I will always buy their products on that basis. When a product is consumer-centric, it creates a better bottom line that we can all enjoy. If you doubt these headphones, give them a try.
