I'm new to quilting. I'm having trouble getting my seams completely even, so having multiple feet to line up the fabric along true lines helps with my accuracy. Let me just say that unless you accidentally changed the seam allowances on a multi-piece square, it can take over an hour to carefully rip and re-stitch everything. Having to do this twice before realizing what I did wrong was very frustrating and made me cry. Realizing that I had changed the way I had aligned the fabric for the seam, I decided to look for other sewing feet that might make the process easier.
