Apparently there was a bug with the return policy and a message about updating to Revain appeared in the camera. Now I can return this camera which was previously stated as non-refundable. Excellent! Updated rating to 4 stars and updated info on Solar: This is my first non-branded camera. I used to use nest cams but needed something for a garden where I don't have electricity. Camera problems: 1. Detection is ok (you can make it more sensitive or only detect people). I found it difficult for kids to walk bikes, but so did my Nest.2. Unfortunately, integration with Google Assistant is not available. That was the main reason I bought this camera so I can see it on Google Home. The first problem is that Google recognizes this camera as a light. You can find some complaints about previous generations that only turned the lights on and off. When you talk to your assistant, he'll raise the camera, but most of the time he'll show you a blank screen. Two times out of 10 it will actually show you an image of what is happening, but it will be a still image. You can see the timestamp in the corner and the seconds don't move. No videos will be displayed, just still images.3. A side effect: now when I tell my Google Home to turn off the lights in my house, it plays the video from the camera. It makes it much more reliable and really shows a live image... Crazy! but interrupts the inclusion of all lights. This is because the camera is recognized as a light source by Google :(4. I live in Seattle with a lot of cloudy days, the sun seems to hold up pretty well. The camera was in the backyard with very little activity and your situation may be different, but only up to four events a day, the camera was always 100% 5. All frames live on the camera, if you don't buy a subscription to store it in the cloud, if someone steals the camera, they will your frames steal.I didn't realize that until I bought the camera.6.Since the frames are on the camera, accessing your video can be a bit slower.If you have a lot of events,this can be a problem,it ran faster than me I had no Wi-Fi issues with this camera for about a week unfortunately this camera isn't for me and I'm sending it back Thank you for taking this Use it with Google Home and stream the performance g live for a few minutes a day.
