So I was expecting to get these strips and be able to create effects along the LED strips like "chasing" or "highlight" effects but the only effects that work are done with solid strips of solid colors; Fading, rainbows, etc. This might be fine if that's what you're looking for, but the description mentions "addressable" several times and doesn't describe this limitation. I have an MSI motherboard and wanted to use it with the Mystic Light. I don't know if this is the case with other motherboard manufacturers, so I can't say. I left them as accent lighting because they are bright. I ended up buying some 4 pin ARGB 5V strips that plug into the "Rainbow RGB" headers on an MSI motherboard and they are actually addressable and achieve the effects described earlier that I was looking for have. They're not bad, they're just not what they're described as.
