I bought these shoes for my one year old. They're very well made and very cute, a lovely pink color, but the best part is that they don't have any chemical smell. Unfortunately they didn't fit my daughter so I contacted the mobile number on the bill. I chose to text rather than call and my text was answered within 4 minutes. The lady I corresponded with (I found out later that she is also a mother) was very personable and understanding and immediately offered a refund or replacement. I decided to switch because I LOVE the shoes and the exceptional quality. She ended up sending me 8 replacement products (at no extra cost to me) to see which would be best for my daughter and a returns label to return what I didn't want to keep. Talk about great customer service! If you're hesitating because of the price or because, like me, you're having a hard time finding shoes for your child, order with confidence. The price is worth it as not only are the shoes/sandals amazing and high quality but they are backed by outstanding customer service.
