Works great with Raspberry Pi I've had the adapter for about two weeks and it works as expected. I always use it to connect my Raspberry Pi to a monitor via an existing HDMI cable if needed. Another nice thing about this cable is that there is almost no plastic on the surface. Please note that some of the micro USB and micro HDMI connectors are very similar in the wild, especially if you decide to purchase based on promotional images. So make sure you get the right type of adapter.
