I really liked this bag at first, but now I have to buy a new bag for the next school year because the pad that is supposed to protect the laptop doesn't seem to be attached in the fabric, so completely folded and rolled up by itself . from everyday use. I never washed it or did anything crazy with it, I just took my laptop in and out a few times a day. With the middle security pocket now in disarray, all the other pockets on the sides are in disarray and my stuff is hidden under the folded padding. I have a really hard time fiddling with this every time I need to put my laptop down and I won't be buying this bag again next year. Cute color and style but I need something that doesn't have to be changed every 6 months.
