Review on The Countess Group by Patrick Nepal

I have worked with the team of Countessa for almost 20 years now across our three businesses including CPD Australia. They are extremely professional yet fun and really get what we need/want done! You couldn't ask for anything more - it's always worth going through them as they are great people who understand both where you want to go but also how things work out here at home too. Communication, consistency and clarity. We haven't found any issues that require comment so far (and there were few to start). Their ability to get creative with ideas for our firm's campaigns was something we loved about working with them! They are very organized but also fun team you can trust at times that your project needs extra attention to detail or creativity. Sometimes it seems like they don't work as hard (or smart) when deadlines loom ahead of time - which makes me worry if I'm setting myself up for failure by not being more hands off when projects approach due dates/deadlines.
