I wouldn't say I'm dissatisfied with this product. I keep my feet/legs on it for about 6 hours every day and for the past few months. The buttons on the top are very loose and I'm afraid it's only a matter of time before they come loose completely. However, this ottoman has been VERY heavily used. I never take my shoes off and keep pushing them closer and further away from me with shoes on. If this thing had been used properly it sure would have held up better. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. It's good for the price, but those buttons and the way they're placed are a bit flawed in the system in my opinion.
