First of all I would like to say that I have tried every diaper out there. Huggies, Luvs, Walgreens brand, 7th generation etc. These are the best for my kids - I've had three of them. When they are small, they have a stripe down the front that turns green when the baby urinates. This is good if you keep track of wet and dirty diapers. These diapers are very soft. The diaper has a mesh lining which appears to give it superior softness. Fits great. Contrary to my experience with Huggies (not Sleepover. Huggies night diapers are by far the best night diapers in my opinion) and Luvs, never leaks around the legs. Up to 3 months there were occasional blisters on the back, but I haven't found a single diaper where this wasn't a problem. No one has been there for 3 months. I tried diaper cruisers when my boys were out of diapers and both had horrible rashes. I've never had problems with dermatitis. Overall my only complaints are 1) there are no size 5 sensitive diapers and 2) they are slightly more expensive than the others.
