Review on Sylvania 3-Way Bulb (Model S1822, Part Number Y14374) by David Bar
Both the original order and the replacement were damaged.
When I first ordered one or both of the bulbs were broken - I didn't open the box as soon as I heard the jar rattle. When replacing only one of the two lamps worked properly. Another had a bad 200 watt cell so it only operated like a single 100 watt light bulb with on and off. I already had an adapter from Tycoon to Medium Base so this lamp was useless - I could have used a much more efficient and long lasting 100w LED lamp.
