I've tried different products from those that stick to the windshield to those that fit in the cup holder and in the air vents. I was excited to try this product because it has a 3M sticker, but when I first ordered it the installation was very easy, I waited 48 hours instead of 24 (decided to put a magnet on the outside of my case). I liked that there were two of these as I have two cars. So I first used it in a machine as a test. It worked great for the first few days, then one day I plugged in the phone and it completely fell off! So I requested a replacement and the seller was great and replaced it immediately. Now one of the replacement parts isn't sticking again, I'm not sure if they should only offer additional 3M dash stickers (unless the 3M product quality has changed drastically - I'm not sure what the problem is ). I have seen other dash mounts with 3M products that offer the ability to move the mount multiple times. I contacted the seller to see what they plan to do with a working product and a non-working product. If you want to return them, I will return them both. It's a shame as this mount was the perfect size.
