Review on babelforce by Dexter Rasberry

I like that it's easy for people who aren't tech savvy, or don’t have much experience with software programs (like myself)to be able use this program without having problems understanding how everything works together in order make changes when needed! It has been helpful not only as an employee but also being used by supervisors/ managers at my work place too because they are more familiar using Excel than doing all their own phone calling campaigns etc., so now we're just helping them do what needs help rather then trying figure out something ourselves which was our main problem before getting BabelForce set up!!
