Overall, I really like these mugs.* They keep liquids warm for at least an hour.* They're dishwasher safe without losing integrity, and I've been using them regularly for a few months now. *The rubber grip is good and hasn't fallen apart or even come loose in the dishwasher. The only downside is that the lids are not that easy to attach. They're the type who can fool you, so be careful. You think you've closed the lid (it's screwed on) and then the cup spills on you as you go for a drink. I often have to try a few times before I get the lid on properly. I always check it now to make sure I don't spill coffee on my outfit on the way to work. Don't get me wrong, they aren't impossible to close and the problem doesn't stop me from using them. but it takes a little effort to make sure you're closing the lid properly.
