The packaging alone deserves a star. It arrived in a cheap plastic bag taped together, looked super junk and had no instructions on how to fill it! My daughter is still a bit small so I left some air to allow her feet to touch the ground but without air this makes the grip very weak making it difficult for her to hold on to while jumping. Although she uses it a lot and the price was good, I think all other issues are irrelevant. seem disturbing.
