Received the chairs within 2 weeks and was pleased to see that they were well packaged when shipped. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality! and cream, not navy blue as written. I also like the subtle pattern on the fabric, it will be a great neutral. The back has a cord around the panel and looks more expensive. Installation was pretty easy, took about 45 minutes for both chairs. The seats are hard and a bit crowded, but I'm sure they will stretch out just fine. Too bad there wasn't a real chair with armrests, but I'm also thinking about a bench. Highly recommended and I am very happy with the purchase!
