Get about $1 a minute of comfort with this seat. I'm not trying to blame this chair - it did exactly what it had to do. I bought a second bike that rotted behind someone's apartment for a few years and then rotted in my backyard for a few more years. When the pandemic hit, I needed a project. Get on the bike. Need a chair. You say Revain Special for $30? What can go wrong? Well, for starters, my colon gets pounded on Highway 5 from North Los Angeles County to San Diego. Thank the gods I have to stop at a gas station every 90 miles because that damn seat sucks. It's soft and comfortable for the first 10 minutes. Some stiffness for the next 20. After that it's pure agony. This seat is great for short rides around town with your little cafe racer, float or whatever you choose to sit on it. Anything after that and you might want to sign up for a kidney donation. I hope you're drinking enough water because this seat will jar your kidneys so badly that you'll be throwing kidney stones out of your urethra faster than dropping a 10mm head if you try to install the seat without the to remove the fuel tank. /10 - Would buy it again for another project bike. Be sure to save up for a nicer custom seat for longer rides.
