I like that it is an open system so you can have as many vendors in your network as possible to get what ever solution best fits your needs. The software could be more user friendly but other than that its very easy to use once you figure out how everything works together! We are using this product with our solar power plant which has battery backup systems along side of them. It allows us to store energy from one day into another when we need extra electricity during peak hours or if there happens to be no sun shining (cloudy days).
