At first glance Amazon thought this bag was purple but the color was listed as brown. I liked the shade so I ordered the bag on Prime Day. It arrived very quickly and the first thing I noticed was NO SMELL. It was made in India, not China where things sometimes smell like chemicals. The color is dark cocoa brown, the skin is oily soft, elastic and easily tattered. Almost feels like suede. Anyway, the size is good, although it would be nice to increase the width by 1-2 inches, but my wallet fits here perfectly, and the two large outside zippered pockets are great for your phone, ID card, keys, etc. Great pocket to have Zipper and a small pocket without zipper inside. The strap is large and can be adjusted to your liking. I highly recommend this bag!
