Rigid and hard as a brick. Do not buy.
So far the impressions have been excellent. The pillow takes a while to dissolve to make it a bit fluffy, but so far it's doing an acceptable job of keeping me comfortable. I would buy it again if it gets a little fluffier. Update June 13th: After using the pillow for a few weeks, I have decided to change the rating to 1*. The pillow is still as hard and stiff as a brick. It's so high that I ended up with pain in my neck. I've made several attempts to make it fluffier, but it never worked. Do not buy.
