I bought two of these. I paid full price for new ones but they look like a refund so I'm deducting a star. If I wanted a used one I would save money and buy a used one. Overall they are good chairs, soft faux leather, feel better than expected. They were wrapped in plastic but the undersides of both chairs were dirty. There was what appeared to be blood on the assembly instructions and the pages were torn. Short hairs resembling whiskers were found on the underside of one of the chairs. The white cloth under the footrest was dirty on both chairs. They are a bit tight when opening so I will lubricate them to make opening smoother.
