Review on 🎧 Linsoul BLON BL03 HiFi 10mm Carbon Diaphragm Dynamic Driver In-Ear Earphone IEM - 0.78mm 2pin Detachable Cable (No Mic, Brown): A Detailed Review and Buying Guide by Ted Higdem

Sounds great, looks great, is comfortable

The BLON BL-03 came out of nowhere and topped the *budget* recommendation lists. Is it worth the price? Is that "giant hunter"? let's find out TL; DR - Harman-style frequency response similar to Tin T4 but with more bass. The soundstage is larger than the Tin T2. Average playback. Solid construction, but the spare cable and fit are far from perfect. Definitely worth its price. If the T4 setting is too safe for you, you can use this option to reproduce low frequencies without sound distortion. Packaging, accessories and assembly - a rectangular box with a transparent window for headphones in the upper half. Comes with the same broken English as in the video reviews (Music & Driams). Includes silicone tips and cable. Also a small velor bag with drawstring. metal construction. It is highly polished and looks durable. No micro scratches or anything like that. (So use month). The standard earbuds were poor and didn't fit. If the highs are shrill and the bass is lacking, the problem is probably compression. Swap out your earbuds with some known-to-good tips, whatever your favorites are, and that should fix some of the problems. I personally hate the BLON brand cables and would highly recommend HiFiHear replacement cables as they are less prone to untwisting, have less wire storage and don't have full nautalis on the temples. Look at the "Chop-Top Harman" answer as BGGAR put it. There's plenty of bass, but it's not overwhelming. The mids sound OK, some pinna boost as usual, but not as strong as with a pure Harman FR. The treble is also not as energetic as the pure Harman. But you still get a decent detail search. The carbon nanotube dynamic driver has the same issues as the MH755's DD in that it doesn't sound very natural with things like cymbals, but still sounds pretty good to my ears. It's not a technical definition of flat, but it's a slightly funnier signature than Tin T4. Conclusions. Since using iSine LX with DSP correction I have found that Harman Curve works well for me. The DF targets used by Etymotic and Massdrop Plus also work fine for me. Both give me a touch of soundstage and a decent picture. While my ears came closest to the "speaker room" ideal, the iSine LX, the BLON BL-03 is still pretty damn good. It offers a real soundstage from the head, subtle details and a very pleasant sound. While the BL-03 won't replace my MD+, let alone my Andromeda, I appreciate the extra bass over the Tin T4, and I've alternated between using the T4 and the Sony MH755 as in-ear headphones. To be honest I'll probably keep all three as none of them are over budget. BL-03 isn't a huge killer, but it's still a fully competent and fun sounding IEM. If it weren't for the lackluster cable, slightly odd fit, and crappy earbuds, this would definitely be a pick over things like the Tin T2 and Moondrop offerings at the same price point. In fact, fit and cable are the only reasons they don't get the full 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, you can spend a lot more on a lot worse headphones. A NOTICE. I use a HiFiHear cable and some Dekoni Bulletz attachments on mine. I've tried them with single flanged tips from Spiral Dot, Final Type-E, and Mee Audio. Out of all, I prefer Bulletz, especially since Dekoni seems to be using a new formula and/or form as of December 2019. taken as an opinion, NOT as an objective fact. My review is not intended to replace the time you have spent using the product. My ears are not a universal measuring device, I'm human and I'm wrong. I have bought several pairs for Christmas gifts after falling in love with my original pair. No one has paid for or otherwise attempted to influence the content of this review. Thank you for reading.
