you look good. They're in the metric, but just look where.
An electric oil level gauge costs about $50, they're cheap, they look good. They are metric but just look where they are pointing, temp 80*c = 176*f, oil pressure 4kg = 57psi, both point these readings straight up and are marked in red to point far away. Volts are volts. Most of the instruments on the dashboards are not marked at all. Much better than just a red light, which usually means a broken engine.
