The tool is easy, simple & very useful when it comes managing privacy policies in business environments. It's free! I wish i could easily create new templates with more options as some of them are limited compared to others that cost money like other tools. If you're looking at this product make sure your team knows how HIPAA works so they can use all of its features well before putting out products that people will be using daily within their organizations. We've been able to track our progress along the way which has helped us keep clients happy by always keeping up with what we need to do next.
