I bought these tights for my daughter as she insists on dresses and no pants when it's 40 degrees. She will wear tights with dresses and they will fit well. They fit her with little room to grow (she's on the smaller end of the size range I ordered). They feel soft and wash well. She loves the colors and they go with most of her dresses.
